Multi-decade New Jersey resident, she is well-versed in the complexities of the buying and selling process within the Garden State. As a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) She's also skilled in pricing properties, creating CMAs and guiding her clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values. Riju's proficiency is in VA financing, working with current and former military service members to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of military benefits and support. Whether you are in the market for an investment property or your dream home, Riju’s first priority will be for you to achieve those goals. As a second-generation REALTOR®, Riju speaks the language of real estate fluently. She specializes in areas such as Princeton, West Windsor, and Lawrenceville and considers herself to be well-connected thanks to her previous career as a teacher in the Hopewell Valley Regional School District. Riju has an education background in Human Resources from Cornell along with Marketing and Sales. Her business is built on communication, dedication, and transparency.
